Tremble before the terrifying force that is the 11 year old girl nicknamed Neko-chan! The mysterious and complicated world of Pokémon is but a game to her and her brother — and she is set on bending it to her will, like countless worlds before.

But when they arrive to the rebelling port city of Sanna, a terrible occurrence leaves them no simple witnesses, as Neko-chan’s brother is framed for murder. Now it is up to her to find out the real culprit, uncover a dark secret of old and try to help saving the city from an economic collapse. Can she possibly succeed at all of this, separated from her brother, with only Pokémon at her aid amongst a crowd of suspects?
